UNIVERSITY OF CALCUTTA

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of one junior research fellow {JRF} in the project entitled "studies on Group IV semiconductors and their Alloys for Photonic Device Application " under the guidance of Prof. N.R. Das (PI) Department of Radiophysics and Electronics, University of Calcutta.

Qualification : M Tech / M E in Radiophysics and Electronics or M Sc in Physics ( with condensed matter Physics as specialization) with NET qualification or M Sc in Electronic Science ( with Honours in Physics in B Sc with NET qualification ).

The Application should have at least 60% marks in all the examination.

Fellowship will be Rs.18000/- pm or Rs.16000/- pm or Rs.12000/- depending on the qualification of the selected candidates as per DST, guideline, in addition, selected candidates are eligible to get admissible allowances as norms of host institution.
